As project manager, you will support program execution for the development and production of New Glenn’s second stage. You will collaborate closely with weld engineers, materials and process engineers, and manufacturing engineers to define material requirements and successfully implement production solutions. This is a high visibility team that must communicate effectively with many levels of the organization and with both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Organize schedules, process plans and specifications to ensure development, qualification and production hardware is delivered and support the various campaigns. Support subsystem business rhythms and develop/communicate key program metrics with visibility in both Florida and Washington. Manage project schedules, WBS, and cost, as well coordinate schedules to integrate the subsystem development. Report status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management. Collaborate closely with internal customers such as Material & Process engineers, weld engineers, manufacturing, tooling engineers, production control and management.
