As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers you will lead a group providing technical expertise in all aspects of tooling and equipment support including commissioning, operation, configuration, function, repair, maintenance, design, and manufacturing. Ultimately, your team will be responsible for ensuring tooling and equipment supports all production objectives and schedules. Qualifications: 5 years of leadership experience within an aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing environment Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality Technical experience with production or manufacturing tooling, equipment, or systems Ability to understand and work with technical documentation including engineering drawings, models, data manuals, tool use instructions, maintenance manuals, bill-of-materials, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to coordinate activities between multiple groups; technical, engineering, and production Ability to lead teams across multiple shifts and weekends Ability to earn trust, maintain positive professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
