As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of specialists you will develop, integrate, and qualify automated joining processes for Blue Origin’s manufacturing. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Responsibilities: Execute project management duties including but not limited to: Creation of metrics to measure performance of team and processes. Coordination of activities between ISC and various business partners (i.e., Facilities, Training, NSOM) Perform analysis of technical efficiency through time studies and other indicators. Participate in Multiyear Planning (MYP) and present to leadership Prepare data for PMR Lead Continuous improvement efforts through the factories Other as assigned Project management activities Qualifications: Passion for our mission and vision: Millions of people living and working in space! Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Project Management Self-starter and out of the box thinker. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (excel, office 365, Share point, Project) 2-4 years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Project management, Business Management, Business intelligence, Accounting, Administration. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently on complex, time critical tasks. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
