We are looking for an experienced Route Sales Merchandiser: of Car Wash Solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and maintaining site displays and signage, ensuring the site is stocked with the correct merchandise, and providing customer service to our valued business partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the car wash industry, and enjoy working independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with car wash site business partners.
- Ensure car wash sites are stocked with the right types and quantities of merchandise and promotional signage.
- Display, arrange, price, and rotate products on site.
- Maintain site merchandising standards by removing dated or damaged merchandise and/ or signage
- Monitor site merchandise inventory levels based on sales and intake; responsible for placing replenishment orders.
- Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, preferences and make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers
- Train site personnel on product features and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:
- Car wash: 1 year (Preferred)
- Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Required)
