Will provide paid RBT training for qualified candidates.

What will your day look like?

·Teach children with autism to talk, play, make friends, and function independently, while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors.

·Collect data to demonstrate each child's progress toward reaching their goals!

·Document by using our electronic data collection software for real time analysis

·Collaborate in clinical team meetings to report child's progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor

·Rest Assured– you’ll be trained in various ABA methods by our top-notch clinicians.

About Blue Balloon:Blue Balloon is a multidisciplinary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company created to address the needs of children who present with signs or symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). At Blue Balloon, we believe a multidisciplinary approach benefits the unique needs of each child by increasing collaboration across providers, thereby yielding better outcomes for each child. To accomplish this, in addition to ABA therapy, we offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling to seamlessly coordinate care across therapy fields, build an integrated health plan for each child, and ensure the individual needs of each child is met. Blue Balloon provides services at home, in the community and through a center-based model.

Requirements:* Background check clearance upon hire

* High School diploma or equivalent 

* Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week

* Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation

To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to:

* Stand and move for at least 75% of the day
* Lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
