Our company is seeking a couple experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with our company's CEO & President. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and is detail oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service and confidentiality. The successful candidate for this position will be skilled at creating agendas, managing schedules, reconsciling and keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously. We're looking for an innovative professional who is capable of taking initiative and working independently on special projects as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel arrangements and corporate events.
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls.
  • Manage calendars for executives and board of directors.
  • Serve as a resource for executives, answering questions about company policies, resources, and operations.
  • Communicate sensitive information to executives.
  • Plan special events.
  • Perform administrative functions such as preparing documents, maintaining financial records, ordering office supplies and equipment, and organizing records.
  • Help create reports for management.
  • Manage the flow of information to executives or the board of directors.
  • Make the Owners lives easier to be Frank.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
