Blu Burger Grille, located in far North Scottsdale near Cave Creek, is looking to add another team member to our front of house team.

The candidate we are seeking MUST have availability to work lunch shifts starting around 11a.m.

Busser will make tipped minimum wage plus tips which can range from $20 per hour up to $30 per hour with the average being about $25 per hour.

Typical shifts are 11:00A-4p.m. & 445pm - 9pm.

Busser responsibilities include:

• Getting water for guests as soon as they are seated quickly and efficiently
• Running food to tables to the appropriate seat numbers.
• Checking all orders before they are taken to the guests.
• Taking phone calls and Togo orders
• Cashing out to go orders
• Bussing and cleaning tables when the guests leave.
• Seating guests when required.
• Keeping ice bin full
• Doing daily side work to ensure a clean restaurant.
• Helping servers get beverages when required.

The Perfect candidate has a great attitude and knows how to multitask quickly with a smile. They can multitask multiple things at a time and with a sense of urgency. They like having fun while remaining self-motivated and focused day to day.

Previous job experience is not required; however, lunch shift availability is required. If you have the availability and consider yourself to be a "Rockstar" we would love to talk with you.
