We are currently looking a Scribe to join our team!

Core Responsibilities:

• Interface with Bloom physician and other healthcare professionals
• Scribe on-site encounters in Bloom EMR (eClinical Works)
• Obtain patient vitals
• Interface with patient support staff
• Maintain physician schedule
• Interface with triage nurses 
• Communicate with patient families and Power of Attorneys
• Obtain patient medical records
• Data entry

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Scribe with:

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Plus writing ability and speed
• High degree of comfort working within EMRs
• Attention to detail
• 2 years’ experience as a medical assistant or in healthcare administrative work
• US work Authorization
• $20-$24 Hourly
