Job Responsibilities:

• for ensuring trucks are loaded with ALL items required to be transported to job sites. Deliver and offload trucks/vans at various job sites.
• up items from various vendors with Pick Tickets/Slips and deliver items to the shop or job sites. Return Pick Tickets to the office each day.
• for maintaining maintenance logs for all vehicles and advising management when service is required on vehicles (ex: oil changes, new or rotated tires, wiper blades, etc.). Always report any vehicle problems or suspicions to management or the Shop Foreman immediately.
• for ensuring vehicles always return to the shop with almost full or completely full gas tanks at the end of business day or multiple deliveries. Gas credit cards are available in the shop for each company vehicle.
• for general office/shop maintenance. Mow the lawn areas, take out brake room garbage each Friday and during the week as required. Sweep and clear and maintain areas in the shop and warehouse. Shovel snow on walkways and help with snow removal in other areas as needed.
• leaving each day, ensure that all vehicles and dumpsters are locked. If not present to do so, then must contact someone else in the shop to be responsible to lock up all vehicles, gas cards and other non-secure items.
• in the shop doing various tasks as directed by the Shop Foreman when you are not needed to drive vehicles or perform other job duties.
• no circumstances is anyone allowed to transport any non-employee in a company vehicle.

Must perform all other duties as assigned. Must be able to stand and walk up to 6-8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly as needed.
