BLG Biologics, Inc. is Hiring a Reporting Analyst Near Cary, NC

McKesson requires new employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as defined by the CDC, subject to applicable, verified accommodation requests. Develop, run and maintain various operational dashboards and SQL server reports in support of operational performance management and monitoring Support operations, quality and BI leadership teams in the development of data driven reporting models that reflect detailed performance metrics in regards to productivity, quality and call performance Develop models and an underlying architecture to combine data from various sources to provide a holistic view of operational performance. Partner with operations, quality and call center leaders to understand needs and translate those needs into functional, actionable reports Assist in the transition of current reporting capabilities to new operating platform. Document current and future data schemas and flows Participate in a change control process that allows for reporting changes to be made in a proactive manner. Minimum Requirements: · 2 years’ experience with data visualization technologies like Tableau and/or Power BI Critical Skills · 2 years’ experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst · 2 years’ experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry · 2 years’ experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods · 2 years’ experience with data visualization technologies like Tableau and/or Power BI · Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Sum/Ifs) Additional Knowledge & Skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong attention to details · Familiarity with Sharepoint · Strong technical and analytical skills · Strong report presentation skills · Experience healthcare is a plus · Flexible positive attitude: Hungry to solve problems and grow within the organization Education · BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
