BCDI is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for our executive leadership team! Who is our ideal candidate? Someone who wants to be challenged. Someone who is excited about working for a cause and making a difference in the lives of others. Someone who is intelligent, proactive, and organized. Someone who jumps in to help without thinking twice.
Some of the many reasons we differ from other employers …. no corporate bureaucracy here! You are a person, not a number. We have great managers who are knowledgeable, supportive, and want their team to succeed. It’s an interesting place to work; we have our own pharmacy, lab, and research departments and are known both nationally and internationally for the work we do to serve the Hemophilia community.
We like each other! When our staff is asked what they like best about their job, 99% of the time the answer is they love working with the team at BCDI. We have fun together! You will regularly find our team at an impromptu happy hour, on a group bike ride, or walking to nearby Keller Station or Donovan Park.
If this sounds like your ideal job, apply on our website, and come be a part of our joyful work family!
