Blackstone Industrial Services Inc is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Lafeyette, LA

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Vice President – USA Operations and will be responsible for sourcing and converting revenue generating opportunities from our USA based oil and gas customers, along with developing new customers a given geographical region. The role will require travel on behalf of the business throughout the Gulf Coast Region, and potentially other areas of the USA as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Representing NUOVO Parts suite of enterprise service offerings, with a focus on technical field services, parts sales, shop services and repairs;
  • Support with sales and expansion of the revenue for NUOVO Parts into the oil and gas markets with an emphasis on API 612, 617, 618 rotating equipment
  • Aid in the support of all NUOVO Parts Authorized Sales Channel relationships and product lines, including but not limited to:
  • General Electric, Nuovo Pignone and all other authorized product lines.
  • Development and execution of core and non-core sales pipeline with measurable revenue impact;
  • Ownership of the sales cycle from introduction to closure and remittance;
  • Growth of sales with new clients and expansion into existing tier 2 clients;
  • Budgets and Sales forecasting;
  • Support of commercial controllership and customer commercial negotiations;
  • Collections and past dues of respective clients;
  • Development and support of job cost accounting with Sales and Financial team;
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company sales and revenue growth;
  • Travelling to new and current customer sites, regularly engaging in commercial activities;
  • Account and Contract Modelling support;
  • Additional duties as required by the business or inspired by the employee

EDUCATIION & EXPERIENCE

A Bachelors Degree or 5 years of related experience

A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and
  • Basic understanding of data entry and management in a CRM/ERP

SKILLS

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and executive functioning skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter who works well independently and within a team
  • An effective communicator with the ability to develop positive working relationships across a multitude of business
  • Ability to actively participate within a high functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
