Responsibilities:
- Local, residential property management company needs full-time maintenance technician. Seeking a self-directed individual with a wide variety of construction and maintenance skills. Duties to include many tasks including sheetrock repair, light plumbing and electrical. Occasional sprinkler repair and seasonal blowouts, lawn mowing, leaf raking etc. Swamp cooler start-up and winterizations, move-in/out house cleaning, trash hauling, appliance hauling. Must have a valid driver's license, reasonably clean driving record and be able to back a small trailer. Company truck/gas and tools provided.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

- Grand Junction, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
