• Answer phones
• Greet Clients
• Receive and distribute deliveries
• Process outgoing mail
• Receive, stamp and distribute incoming mail
• Process overnight deliveries
• Arrange deliveries
• Fill out letters of transmittal as needed
• Order lunch for small internal meetings
• Order supplies for kitchen and maintain organization
• Clean kitchen and fridges
• Order insurance certificates for company
• Clean and Organize Conference Rooms between meetings
• Format specifications as needed
• Format letter proposals

Additional Duties:

• Reconcile overnight deliveries and confirm charges
• Assist accounting with invoice backup
• Help in print room as needed
• Assemble Contracts
• Help with miscellaneous projects as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Self-starter
• 1-3 years office experience
