A successful and growing manufacturing company is seeking an organized and responsible individual to assist with a variety of in-office tasks. Part Time, 8AM to 2PM Monday-Friday, potential to grow to a fulltime role.

· Coordinate with and receive price feedback from vendors via email and phone

· Organize pricing into excel spreadsheets for management to review

· Physically inventory finished shipments each morning

· Contact shipping companies to arrange freight pickup of shipments

Requirements:

Proficiency with Email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Phone Skills.

Must have strong attendance & reliable transportation.

We are a drug free office and have a testing policy in place.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
