The Position
The Bismarck Larks seek a Partnership Activation and Experience Coordinator in Bismarck, North Dakota to support and grow our partnership activation team. We seek a highly motivated, coachable, creative, detailed, and professional individual passionate about customer service.
As the Partnership Experience Coordinator, you will ensure all team partnerships are planned, fulfilled and executed while providing the highest level of service to partners. You’ll work closely with all internal departments to manage partnership inventory, track progress of contracts, and develop fun, impactful promotions, events and community programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand the objectives and goals of partners to develop measurable, integrated activation strategies that drive business results
Act as a liaison between partners and all internal team departments, including marketing, entertainment,, tickets, and ballpark operations
Implement and execute partner contractual elements, including, but not limited to, in-stadium activations, digital and social media campaigns, print media, hospitality, consumer promotions, community programs, events, etc.
Assist with planning and executing partner promotions and events
Manage and track all partnership inventory and provide inventory updates frequently to the Partnership Activation Director and partnership team
Update Asana platform throughout the calendar year with partnership contracts and updates
Oversee partnership invoicing, new contracts, and addendums
Oversee all partner season tickets and group outings
Serve as primary contact and scheduler for all partner game day guests
Attend weekly partnership planning meetings with partnership team
Compile and organize all data and supporting materials for end-of-season proof of performance recaps
Assist with creation of partnership proposals and end-of-season recaps
Attend monthly and annual partnership meetings/presentations with partners to review and/or recap the status of the partnership, promotion or event
Assist with partner related content on website, mobile app, game day programs, etc.
Build professional relationship with partner accounts and deploy touchpoint strategies throughout the calendar year
Represent the team at various networking events and participate in other outside, community events, as defined by the team
General Team Responsibilities
Game and Team Event Availability: Expected to be available for all Bismarck Larks home games and team events; this includes weekends and holidays.
Funatix Event Availability: Expected to be available for all Funatix Events, including but not limited to the Mandan Rodeo Days, company picnics, festivals, etc. Complete event list will be provided. This includes weekends and holidays.
Game Day and Event Hours: Expected to be available from mid to late morning through the end of the game and event. The schedule will be decided by the direct supervisor on a homestand and event basis.
Non-Game Day/Event Hours: Expected to attend office hours of 8 AM-5 PM each weekday.
Other General Team Responsibilities May Include:
Assist with ballpark set-up and tear-down before-the-season, after-the-season and during each homestand
Assist with event set-up and tear-down at team events
Help maintain ballpark cleanliness
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Experience using Asana a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Polished presentation skills and strong attention to detail, with an ability to think and react to situations quickly and confidently
Assertive, persistent, and results-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and think strategically
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work extended hours upwards of 14 hours and lift 30-50 lbs
Enthusiastic team player with strong leadership skills, is inspired to perform well to help contribute to the success of a project or the team
Excellent relationship building skills
Must be a self-starter with a desire to work hard and have a positive “can‐do” attitude

*Vacation days are awarded at the discretion of the team president, and no maximum number of days is allowed per calendar year. All vacation requests are to be received at least two weeks before the needed time off. Vacation time is discouraged from April 1- September 1 due to in-season responsibilities. In the case of illness, please provide notice to the General Manager as early as possible.
