We are looking for a results-driven Quality Manager to ensure customer success. Reporting directly to the Biosero CEO, the ideal candidate is driven by improving company processes, meeting standards, and making a positive difference. A strong attention to detail is absolutely necessary and they must be able to oversee all the processes and productivity at Biosero. We require a leader who can get each business unit to follow them in their endeavor for superior quality and is at ease communicating the importance of this to the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) for the entire Biosero organization, maintained to ISO9001
• Design, implementation, and continual improvement of the QMS processes
• Constantly monitor the quality objectives and provide timely reports for the Executive and Strategic Teams
• Be accountable for assigning responsibility and authority for many activities of the QMS such as ensuring QMS conformance, promoting customer focus, and reporting on QMS performance
• Managing the risks and opportunities for Biosero product quality
• Communicate with customers on quality matters
• Establish processes to verify Biosero products and services and indicate that the products and services have successfully met the requirements
• Manage all internal audits and external audits with the customer
• Manage all audits of suppliers
• Ensure that all nonconformities are recorded, root-cause analysis is conducted, and corrective actions are implemented.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications and Attributes:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in a field related to quality control such as business administration or quality control management
• Relevant certification for ISO or ASQ training is desirable
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures with a solid understanding of legal standards
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail
• Great communicator, confident in giving presentations and leading meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint
• Experience with ERPs would be plus
• Team player with an improvement mindset
