Role Summary

In this role, you will understand Biosero’s target customers and craft compelling communications to reach them. You will work to generate demand, capture it, and report on the success of initiatives. This work is both creative to find innovative and interesting ways to communicate with the market, and practical in working in marketing automation tools, the website backend, and more to help expand our reach and use data to drive our next steps.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal team members and customers to understand the mindset, priorities, and pain points of Biosero’s target customers
• Craft compelling content to educate and entertain, and ultimately keep Biosero top of mind in the lab automation market, drawing on customer insights
• Support the deployment of a marketing automation tool to streamline marketing operations
• Review data and feedback to understand the performance of marketing activities and Biosero’s reputation
• Work cross-functionally with the entire commercial team to share strategies, prioritize the path forward, and report on the effectiveness of initiatives
• Work with customers and partners to craft content that speaks to Biosero’s market presence and offers social proof of our capabilities
• Be a champion for the Biosero brand across all communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a marketing or life-sciences related field
• 3 years with life science products or applications
• Highly adaptable with an ability to thrive in a start-up, rapidly growing company environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence the organization at all levels
• Skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Previous experience in Hubspot and Salesforce is preferred
