What you’ll do:

As a customer support specialist, your job will never be boring! Each day will present new and unique opportunities to serve others. Your friendly, upbeat voice and clear, helpful emailed responses will have a lasting impression on our clients. You are valuable and important!

On an average day, a customer support specialist:

  • Provides customer service to our client base via email and phone support in regards to account set up, tax exemptions, and general customer service inquiries
  • Contacts vendors/suppliers for order statuses, returns and replacements
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
  • Researches, resolves, and follows up on customer issues in a timely manner
  • Accurately completes credit applications, tax exemption forms and return authorizations
  • Receives help tickets and assigns them to the appropriate department or person
  • Creates, updates, and maintains case records in our ticketing system
  • Works closely with Purchasing department to resolve client specific issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned
