OFFICE MANAGER :

Requirements: To run the administrative needs of a vibrant behavioral health clinic in support of 5 Therapists and several support staff.

P/T with flexible hours potential for full time

Excellent opportunity for graduate (or student) in neuroscience with strong administrative and computer skills

*technical training provided for neurofeedback software and Certification for BCIA possible

MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and possibly Wordpress.
• Applications: Medisoft, BrainMaster, LENS (training provided).
• Process qEEG recordings to providers and databases (training provided).
• Knowledge of operant conditioning/reward training.
• Manage and track county contracts invoices.
• Greet clients, schedule appointments (Medisoft).
• Be able to process client payments and receipts, and balance daily receipts (Medisoft).
• Manage confidential client files, supplies, and staff work schedule.
• Respond to questions in writing regarding the practice, insurance, contractors and other miscellaneous questions.
• Keep the clinical director and staff updated and informed as to client needs, as well as situations that may arise. Most of all, be part of a team!
