BIOAGILYTIX LABS, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Durham, NC

This role is ingrained within our bioanalytical technology teams, providing a variety of project management support through all phases of our client services. You will be the glue connecting our internal functions to the actions required of an efficient and quality-driven project process. This role also works closely with the scientific leads, business functions, and supporting staff in the delivery of sponsored projects. You will monitor workflow and resourcing, revenue recognition and forecasting, and facilitating white-glove service to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones. This role exists to provide structure and efficiency to our team of scientists, so we can all focus on what we do best. The best candidates hold an operationally efficient mindset, where project management skills are boosted by natural people skills. You are self-motivated and inspire others in a way that is courteous and respectful, all while balancing firm project boundaries. If you are energized by providing great sponsor experience in a deadline-driven environment, then you’ll be right at home here at BioAgilytix. Essential ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal and external stakeholders to define project timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule and are appropriately resourcedMaintain a strong working relationship and open communications with scientific team, Quality Control, Quality Assurance Unit and Sample ManagementMaintain Project Gantt charts and timelines and support documentation for deliverables on a proactive basisSupport Validation and Sample Analysis ProjectsProvide sample coordination and administration including sample reconciliationSupport Operational Excellence MetricsMinimum Preferred Qualifications Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with key internal stakeholders and clientsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)Acute attention to detailAbility to coordinate multiple projects/tasks while still delivering high quality resultsStrong organizational and project administration skillsExperience working in a GxP environment preferredEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, or related field with not less than two (2) years’ experience in a biotechnology project management or related field; orMasters’ degree in life science, business administration, or related fieldKnowledge base in science with the relevant regulations for our industry (preferred)Knowledge base and exposure to project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
