TSR is seeking Piping Designers to work with one of the largest EPC firms in the country. These are contract positions in Newark, DE expected to be 6 months in duration. A remote arrangement can be considered for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work from P&ID's, client specifications and vendor data to design complex piping systems for chemical facility.
• Create isometrics, pipe supports using E3D or PDMS.
• Ensures that completed design is functional, maintainable and designed with safety and that all applicable codes have been followed and maintain
• Interface with other disciplines
• Can plan and arranges own work to meet any and all deadlines as required by project schedule
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Pipe designer with 5 years' experience in the design of chemical Process piping systems.
• CAD design software experience; E3D or PDMS design software experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable in the design and layout of process piping and equipment
