Biltmore Insurance Services is Hiring a Commercial Lines Assistant Near Marietta, GA
Job Description
Biltmore Insurance Services is a fast-growing independent insurance company with 5 offices in the Atlanta area. We are looking for a full-time Commercial Lines Assistant to provide support to the Commercial Lines team. An active license is not required but would be considered a plus.
Benefits
Rate will reflect industry experience. Fully remote, work from home.
Responsibilities
- Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers
- Pull work from websites
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Obtain loss runs
- Research and answer billing questions
- Login and track cancellations and reinstatements per agency guidelines
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
Requirements
- Insurance experience required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask with a fast-paced environment
- Provide fast efficient service to clients
- Process certificate of insurance requests
- Various tasks as assigned by management
- Entering client data into Biltmore’s agency management system
