We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to add to our Team. WHAT YOU WILL DO The Recruitment Administrator will provide timely and proficient administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in an effort to maximize the hiring experience through the talent acquisition lifecycle which includes administrative tasks including, but not limited to, drafting offer letters, pre-employment verifications and other administrative duties. Support the Recruitment Team through maintaining candidates from various online job boards within our database Support the Recruitment team in the offer process which includes drafting offer letters and providing applicable accompanying documents to the candidate, completing pre-hire employment verifications and following up on any outstanding items required to finalize the hires directly with the candidates Filing employment documentation into permanent employee files and/or uploading documentation to candidate profiles on HRIS system Daily review of our requisitions including, but not limited to ensuring all postings are up-to-date and refreshed, all job boards are maximized for greater visibility Send new open positions to the Communications team, where applicable, to be included in our local announcements and/or Social Media pages Support the Branch Recruiters by managing all incoming emails through our career inbox and incoming calls through our general phone lines Manually upload to our HRIS system any random applications received Support any other administrative tasks required for recruitment Special projects, as assigned Facilitate badge enrollment, deactivation and maintain records of employee access cards, if applicable Champion company core values and other company programs Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers, You have strong consulting skills, alongside a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member, Previous Human Resources/ Recruitment experience would be an asset You have strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel You are confident in public speaking You have a high school diploma or equivalent (mandatory) 'Degree/ Diploma/ Masters in Human Resources/ Recruitment/ Business Administration is preferred You possess a strong client service focus, particularly within the internal context of a global organization such as ours.
