The earnings potential is based on a base wage of $16.00, and our achieve bonus program. Here is how our wages work: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $16.80 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $18.88 and increases as your performance % increases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Desire to work and be cross trained over multiple departments.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate level of understanding of distribution center operations.
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards, while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgency.
  • Work in compliance with all company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of attendance.
  • Perform housekeeping and other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing
  • High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of related experience, training, and/or education
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (limited heat or air conditioning)
  • Minimum of one-year distribution center experience is a plus
  • Experience with various equipment such as hand-trucks, reach trucks, order pickers a plus or ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification is a plus
  • One year of order picking with handheld and/or wrist RF scanner preferred
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and write legibly and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
  • English language fluency preferred
  • Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays
  • Complete understanding of safety and risk management

Hours:

Monday – Friday 6am - 2:30 pm

During peak season – shift times may change to a 9 hour day and there is a schedule of Saturdays to be worked if needed for business demands.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours;

· Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
