Big Frog Franchise Group is Hiring an Executive Assistant to CEO Near Dunedin, FL

Position Purpose:

Being the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Big Frog is an essential role to help communicate to the franchisees the state of the Big Frog system.

The CEO's Executive Assistant will have a two-fold purpose 1) Develop external communications for and liaise with our Board of Advisors, public relations firm and Franchise Advisory Council and 2) Develop internal communications and promote good relations with our franchisee partners. You will work directly with the CEO and senior team members to create initiatives to improve transparency externally and internally to all team members (Board, Franchisees, Employees).

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive internal/external messaging strategies.
  • Initiate and implement new programs to improve franchisee relations in coordination with the Big Frog Franchise Group, Franchise Advisory Council and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Develop, create and prepare clear external messages to the franchise system conveying strategic vision, KPIs and other relevant statistics. Messaging to include webinars, email newsletters, reports, social media, intranet and more.
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics needs for internal and external events for Franchise Group including annual and regional conferences as well as Board, Team and FAC events.
  • Manage day-to-day communications activities for the company's CEO.

Nature and Scope:

This position reports to the CEO and President, but will work closely with all departments.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or English preferred or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of experience in corporate communications or as an executive assistant.
  • Additional experience with project management, planning and implementation, executive communications, relationship building, written and verbal communication, media relations, and budget management are a plus
  • Franchising experience a big PLUS

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Ability to help develop, articulate and drive execution of large, long-term strategic business initiatives
  • Extensive experience working with senior-most leadership with the confidence and ability to provide helpful feedback to all leadership levels
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel formulas and analysis preferred
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to comprehend and act on complex situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
