Big Brand Tire & Service is Hiring a Tire Technician Near San Luis Obispo, CA

Description

Tire Technicians support the success of the company by mounting and dismounting tires and wheels, performing tire balancing and rotations, oil changes, and flat tire repairs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure an excellent guest experience
  • Meet or exceed performance targets
  • Provide a safe environment for team members and guests
  • Set an example for team members by upholding our core values
  • Communicate effectively and comply with all policies and procedures

Requirements

Tire Technician must:

  • Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical.
  • Understand and follow company strategies and policies including the use of safety glasses.
  • Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning.
  • Be able to endure long periods of standing.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner and helps create a positive work environment.
