Big Brand Tire & Service is Hiring a Service Manager Near Simi Valley, CA
As a Service Manager, you’ll start learning our business from day one while serving our local community. Your focus will be to serve both customers and our team while you learn behind-the-scenes operational structure.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all customers while adhering to American Tire Depot customer service values. Recommend services that meet or exceed the manufacturer's recommendations and align with the customer’s needs.
Requirements:
- Sales or Customer Service related background
- Knowledgeable in automotive services
- Valid Driver's license and DMV report with 2 points or less
- At least the age of 18
- Must be able to meet ADA requirements including standing for long periods of time and some lifting, up to 70 pounds.
- High school or equivalent
