Service Advisors are responsible for providing excellent customer service while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service sales strategy and core values and recommending products and services that meet or exceed the manufacturer's recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs. Requirements:

• Sales or Customer Service related background
• Knowledgeable in automotive services 
• Valid Driver's license and DMV report with 2 points or less
• At least the age of 18
• Must be able to meet ADA requirements including standing for long periods of time and some lifting, up to 70 pounds. 
• High school or equivalent
