Service Advisors support the success of the company by advising guest of their vehicles manufacturers recommendations and selling products and services that align with their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Meet or exceed performance targets
• Provide a safe environment for team members and guests
• Set an example for team members by upholding our core values
• Communicate effectively and comply with all policies and procedures

Requirements

Service Advisors must:

• Be energetic, hard-working and ethical.
• Understand and follow company strategies and policies.
• Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning.
• Be able to endure long periods of standing. 
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner and helps create a positive work environment.
