Responsibilities
- Ability to field a high volume of incoming phone calls and determine the next steps.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to process orders and returns.
- Cross-check information for accuracy and request further information when necessary.
- Identify issues in product shipments or compatibility issues, working cross-departmentally when needed to obtain answers.
- Act as a liaison between various departments such as sales, accounting, planning, and logistics to ensure successful customer resolution.
- Ability to learn product information and SKU formatting.
- Track shipments as needed and relay findings internally and externally.
- BA or BS or equivalent experience
- Superb professional communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced team environment
- Achieve or exceed metrics in place for the specified role
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented to maintain accuracy within responsibilities
