BidFTA.com is looking to hire a Store Associate. This is an entry level job where you can get your feet wet in a warehouse and retail experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a team. We’re a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of. Being a Store Associate is a great way to get experience in both a warehouse and retail environment and will give you exposure to how our business works.

The Store Associate is responsible for any of the day-to-day operational tasks required to running a store / pickup center. This role requires a willingness to be hands-on with the day-to-day operations and also to assist in driving the overall company strategy. Most importantly, you’ll need to provide exceptional customer service. Successful store associates are highly motivated to learn every day and help to drive improvements. They are also willing to work as a strong team with both the store manager and the other store associates. This is a great opportunity to get your career started. We’re much less concerned with past experience and more interested in who you are as a person and how you’ll be able to contribute from day one. We want to show you the ropes so you can be a long-term team member.

• Inbound receiving using a warehouse management system / RF gun.
• Inventory putaway using a warehouse management system / RF gun.
• Checkout and refunds using our proprietary technology.
• Re-lotting using our proprietary processing technology.
• Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!
• Cleaning and store maintenance.

Helpful Experience

• Retail / warehouse experience.

Rate of Pay: $12/hr. Full time and part time positions available

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED plus at least 1 year experience in a warehouse or retail setting.
• An excellent safety record is required.
• You'll be on your feet much of the day and may need to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to visually examine auction items and view computer screen.
• English Proficiency.
• Our stores are often in warehouse settings and may not be climate controlled so you will need to dress for the season.
