At Bickford, everything we do revolves around our residents’ happiness by meeting their specific Core Needs. The Server position is primarily responsible for proper service of meals from the menu plan to residents and cleanliness of tableware, dining room and dish machine area.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness

Qualifications:

- Willing to take additional training or education which may be required by specific states.

- CPR and First Aid certifications required

- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
