At Bickford, everything we do revolves around our residents’ happiness by meeting their specific Core Needs. The RN Coordinator ensures the residents of Bickford receive superior quality care, Bickford’s processes are followed and maintains regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Works with caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care
  • Maintain regulatory compliance
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement
  • Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician
  • Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to ensure resident needs are met
  • Make recommendations to the RNC for quality external care providers in the community

Qualifications:
- RN license

- Willing to take additional training or education which may be required by specific states.

- CPR and First Aid certifications required

- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
