Job Summary: As a Construction Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for bhild. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction industry, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience with bhild. Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for additional services.
2. Visiting Sales Estimates and Providing Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing bhild's capabilities, services, and value proposition. Create and submit detailed proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
3. Contract Negotiation:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts for construction projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and office staff, to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market differentiators.
5. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry through research, networking, and outreach. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
6. Setting Goals & Reporting: Setting and reporting weekly and monthly goals and daily log to sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
