Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy across all target clients in the North American region. The ideal candidate will have experience with solution selling in the IT industry, having the ability to dive deep into the customers’ unique situation and identify pain points to establish a criteria for an acceptable resolution

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop and manage relationships with organizations and enterprise customers (mainly within the IT/internet industry).
  • Build distinctive solutions and value propositions
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key individuals at target companies.
  • Explore new customer and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers.
  • Drive results through business opportunities identification.
  • Provide proposal and strategy to target client.
  • Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facility selling our services.
  • Translate customer needs, transfer the need to delivery team, corporation with delivery team to provide the solution.
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently regarding priorities with customers and internal stakeholders across legal, finance, business management team, and delivery teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be located in Seattle Area.
  • 5 years Solutions Selling experience with proven experience with identifying pain points and successfully providing a solution to the problem
  • Experience working with top 500 companies as an employee or supplier preferred.
  • Ability to explore business opportunities and build close relationship with varied stakeholders.
  • Passion, energy, and positive attitude towards work and people engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a business team-based environment.
  • Capability of writing strong business proposals.
  • Experience with account management, contract management, compliance, service-level management, and project management a plus.

  • A competitive pay range of $90,000-120,000(depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
