KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• To curate a target list of potential accounts. 
• To target non-buying customers and regain distribution
• Secure Perfect Store merchandising standards in all accounts.
• Collaborate with AM’s and DM’s in the territory to gain new leads and distribution.
• Track execution through Form
• To make use of competitor tactics, channel knowledge and customer priorities to develop business opportunities
• To leverage internal systems and processes to enhance sales solutions for customers 
• To assist in upgrading accounts to appropriate levels based on current volume
• To analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy
• Position may include additional responsibilities and duties assigned from management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in positions related to sales preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly proficient in Power selling
• Ability to work flexible hours with limited supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work in all climates and environmental conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Ability to travel from and between accounts
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card (Brooklyn Employees Only)
• Fluent in English a must
• Bi-lingual a plus 
• Experience with any type of company database a plus
• Moderate familiarization with field marketing and distribution sales a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
