The Receiving Supervisor position is responsible for managing the receiving and internal transfer process for the American Fork Warehouse and other related facilities.

Essential Job Duties:

• Coordinates the internal transfer process between BBF facilities, including the creating the pick lists for transferring raw materials and receiving finished goods
• Processes all receiving within the ERP system, verifying proper documentation has been received for both domestic and international shipments 
• Works closely with Production to ensure alignment in receiving goods required for production 
• Manages the co-packer shipments/receiving for BBF products, including the ERP system transfers and proper batch assignment 
• Manages the internal transfer process for 3PL’s. This includes working closely with the key stakeholders in managing the creation of pick lists, updating of ERP, and coordinating the staging/loading/shipping of the transfer 
• Manages the Sales/PO return process, including any customer coordination, receiving process on our dock, and processing within ERP system
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead to ensure timely processing of PO’s and PO racking needs 
• Works closely with the cycle count team in researching any issues with the accuracy upon receipt of items 
• Ability to manage internal communications with warehouse and production associates and external facing customers 
• Assists with other tasks needed, as directed by management 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

1 year of experience in a coordinator position 

High school diploma or equivalent 

Highly attentive to detail and competent communicator 

Proficient in Excel, Word, E mail, Windows

Ability to prioritize competing tasks 

Familiarity with parcel, LTL and FTL shipping documentation preferred
