DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for keeping the dish tank area maintained and seeing that cleaned dishes are available for service. Ensure a safe work environment in the back of house to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient flow of dishes and utensils during busy periods.
