Qualifications

· CPR Certified

· Previous experience scheduling medical staff required

· Preferred experience in Nursing Home/Long Term Care

· Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and boosted

Skills

· Ability to utilize computers for cloud-based scheduling

· Excellent communication and organization skills

· Customer service oriented

· Team building mentality and focus

Responsibilities

· Prepares nursing schedules according to regulatory ratios

· Maintains and modifies nursing schedules as needed

· Responds to employee's requests for time off

· Conscious of overtime and modifies schedule accordingly

· Communicates on a daily basis with Nursing Management

· Conduct job interviews and assists with the hiring process
