Bestway USA, Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Coordinator Near Chandler, AZ

Description

The Business Development Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to the sales team in all aspects of the team efforts. This position is pivotal to ensuring sales and business development Is successful by creating, organizing, and presenting key information necessary for productive sales meetings. The sales administrator is also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team player and supporting the continued growth of the company.

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Create and edit sales tools (spreadsheets, presentations, videos, samples) to match the sales strategy, requiring discretion along with product and customer knowledge
  • Facilitate Certificates of Insurance between our product liability insurance companies and our customers
  • Oversee the comparative shopping project by assigning team members to collect images and data of products and organizing the information into market maps, pivotal for a successful business development strategy
  • Create competitive analysis of products for proposals by choosing appropriate similar products and markets to compare, key to a successful sales strategy. This requires attention to detail and complete accuracy to ensure company credibility 
  • Collaborate on product development projects with Product Development team 
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to gather data on online product review or creative needs
  • Coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and other sales events 
  • Responsible for shipping samples, catalogs, and other sales materials to sales team (internal and external) and buyers/customers
  • Update and manage our customer relationship management tool (Springboard) 
  • Manage line review preparation projects for key accounts including reviewing renderings and tracking samples of products, and ensuring accuracy of customer specifications 
  • Manage the Master Contact List including accounts and sales representatives

Requirements

  • Prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint (also ability to use project management software)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to work in a strong Values Culture environment
  • Experience with consumer products and retail buyers/customers

Required Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of customer facing/sales experience or related customer relations
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with consumer products preferred
