Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and strives to fill open positions in the facilities. This role is the liaison between cross-functional internal teams to ensure a positive and seamless team and client experience and is responsible for overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the lead point of contact for all account matters
Maintain direct communication with clients and build relationships with key Point of Contacts of clients
Follow up with inactive clients to solicit business
Ensure the satisfaction of our clients through proactively meeting their staffing needs
Ensures requests, needs, questions, and issues are promptly addressed
Aggressively extract additional job requests from current clients
Serve as a liaison between recruiters and clients when submitting candidates
Submit appropriate candidates for clients when necessary
Seeks feedback on our services and finds innovative ways to improve processes
Maintain client data in an organized manner
Utilize all our software systems
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in Account Management in healthcare staffing haivng an established relationship with at least an account
Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think creatively
Capable of building credibility with an ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This job requires attending meetings in our Los Angeles or City of Industry office on a weekly basis.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
