| SUPERVISOR: | General Manager |
To coordinate and control operations of the front desk, reservations and housekeeping. Audit in order to obtain maximum room revenues at all times while keeping hotel objectives in mind and at the same time, create a high standard of guest service in all areas.
.SKILLS:
Excellent customer relations and organizational skills with good computer skills and must be able to work extremely well under pressure. Must be detail-oriented and have a professional and positive demeanor. Needs to be able to handle complaints in a professional manner and be a good motivator and team player.Experience is preferred but not required.
