Job Purpose:
Completes shift operations by organizing routes and orders, supervising staff to ensure their timeliness and that orders are put together and shipped.
Duties:
- Plans shift operations and driver routes by receiving sales orders from the sales team and from the previous shift.
- Make sure the night shift crew is coming in on time and completing the workload.
- Allocate products for items that are short.
- Meets cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
- Completes shift operations by supervising staff to ensure their timeliness and that orders are put together and shipped.
Requirements:
- 3 years previous experience in managing warehouse Employees.
