PURPOSE:

Make our clients’ experience working with Best Roofing outstanding by providing exemplary Customer Service. Work with Service Department to assist with daily tasks to achieve goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field calls and emails direct from clients to the appropriate Service Sales/Operations employee.
• Monitor Service Sales emails for Proposal requests and troubleshooting.
• Own, manage, and resolve all issues you receive.
• Enter new leads for new and existing clients in FollowUp CRM and get all information necessary for BDC and FRS.
• Create client profile within FCS Software (if applicable).
• Create new job folders with FollowUp CRM information, Aerial of Property, Specs (if applicable) and Pass Off Sheet.
• Escalate Roof Audits and Site Surveys (Take Offs) to the BDC to schedule a client site visit.
• Assist in scheduling when needed.
• Record all Client contact – in real time – in FollowUp CRM.
• Assist BDC to work FRS’ pipeline and make follow up calls as required.
• Complete all Clients’ Vendor Package requirements.
• Request Certificates of Insurance for Clients.
• Maintain productive working relationships with all team members.
• Consistently produce quality and error-free work.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY RESULTS:

• Accurate preparation of FollowUp CRM lead generation and Job Folder creation.
• Achievement of Service Department Sales/Operations objectives.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High school degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable professional experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service, professional, oral and written communication skills.
• Effective communication skills required, including extensive telephone communication.
• Position requires attention to detail; self-motivation; resourcefulness; ability to function in team environment.
• Positive and professional attitude and the ability to work in the face of unexpected problems and deadlines.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrable math skills, including basic calculations and measuring.
• Computer literate (must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must be a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
