Best Insulation is looking to add reliable operations manager to our growing team. They will be responsible for all operations related to the branch they are managing, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the operations manager will include but is not limited to Scheduling jobs, material ordering and purchasing, creating work orders in our company system, assigning jobs to crews, sending crews out to jobs and trouble shooting all field issues. Payroll tracking, reporting and submitting to corporate office. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. This is not just an 8-5 job, you will be expected to work a minimum 50-60 hours a week. The new hire will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Assist with payroll and time clock functions for the specific branch
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. crews as needed
• Supervise new hire paperwork and submitting to corporate office
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel
• Material tracking and data input for job costing
• Payroll Management
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Willing to put in the time needed to complete work.

Skills

• Bilingual
• Proven experience in the construction industry as an operations manager
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
