Job Title: Auto Body Painter
Location: Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Collision Center
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: 50/50 Split Labor sales with a $65,000 annual guarantee

Responsibilities:
- Prep vehicles for paint (clean, tape, mask). Wet sand and buff to achieve OEM quality finishes.
- Prepare color to match; Mix color and ensure all formulations, preparations, top coatings and curing times meet OEM standards for proper application, sequence and timing while ensuring minimum material waste.
- Paint mixing and tinting
- Paint surfaces after body repairs
- Communicate status of repairs to management
Requirements
- Auto body painting: 5 years experience, required
- Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record, required
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures.
- Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
- Must be able to prep your own vehicles (wet-sand and buff)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
