In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Production Lead who will assist the Production Supervisor and Team Leader in all facets of the production department.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Quickly and efficiently assist production supervisor and team leader in supplying components to and removing completed assemblies from production employees.
• Assist supervisor and lead in processing production ID’s

• Quickly and efficiently complete tasks to ensure production levels are maintained.
• Accurately process assemblies according to specifications on pick plans.
• Accurately record daily production.
• Ensure production schedules are maintained and customer’s needs are met.
• Assist in production planning.
• Identify areas for quality improvement.
• Maintains an efficient, clean, and orderly warehouse.
• Support branch metrics.
• Fulfill employer and employee portions of the “Berlin Values”.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Requires a High school diploma or G.E.D

• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Forklift certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
