Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Nevada Properties is Hiring a Branch Manager Near Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of all branch operations, including Sales associates and office staff. Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate marketplace. Assist in the development, and strategize Leadership training for Sales Manager’s and staff. The majority of the Branch Manager’s time and energy will be devoted to sales management related activities, while leading the sales team in achieving their business plan targets and the goal of achieving the maximum number of sales in the shortest period of time, while maintaining branch growth and profitability. The Branch Manager is responsible for developing their sales team; managing the support team and working with the CEO and VP of Sales to create and implement strategies necessary to assist the sales team in their efforts. Recruit, hire and maintain seasoned and new agents to company brand. Branch Manager will report directly to the CEO as well as work closely with the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management:
  • Achieve all WIG Commitments (Wildly Important Goals) – See included below as Lag and Lead measures
  • Maximize the success of branch production events
  • Report Weekly Results
  • Drive capture rates for all other core services
  • Lag Measures:

36 hires annually per manager

8 PPP (Production Per Person) branch average closed units per Agent

  • Lead Measures:

15- New Prospects 2 – way conversations per week

10 Lead Follow up 2 way Conversations

3 New Prospect Appointments per week (face-to-face)

1 outside event per week

1 Social Media Posts per week

.75 Agents hired per week (3 per month per manager)

5 recognition of Success conversation (in-house)

5 Curious conversation (in-house)

5 Open house Conversations initiated (in-house)

5 New agent accountability meetings/conversation (in-house)

5 Emerging Agent Conversations (in-house)

  • 36 hires annually per manager
  • 8 PPP (Production per Person) average per Agent
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Growth of productive sales executives in branch
  • Growth of production per person in branch
  • Minimum year or year growth in revenue of 10%
  • Support specific Company vendor partners
  • Must work out of the designated area being totally accessible to Sales Executives, to assist with questions, writing offers, listings, and counter-offers and utilizing all company tools.
  • Contribute to and perform office sales meetings/training/agent conferences. (Possible Weekend Workshops).
  • Take personal responsibility to ensure that a Manager is always on duty and available to agents.
  • Attend as required recruiting events/manager meetings/All Team Meeting
  • Review SALES/LISTING files (specifically review contracts) when required.
  • Schedule office functions.
  • Branch Manager must have conflict resolution, critical thinking and business management skills to lead a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Designate time for recruiting calls to seasoned/co-op/ and new agents and expected to show successful recruiting results that meet the Branch requirements.
  • Contact/interview potential agents.
  • Branch Manager to gain a working knowledge of the Company Training Program and support that training at the branch level.
  • Assist Training Department with The Company Training Programs /Events.
  • Branch Manager will contribute to the overall success of the Branch by interacting with Sales Executives to improve the Sales Executives performance in taking listings, getting listings sold and converting buyer leads into closings and will be responsible to enhance sales development skills.
  • Take the required steps necessary to assist all full-time agents to produce a minimum of 3 points of production per month utilizing the concepts and techniques taught and presented in the Company Training Program.
  • Ensure that branch profitability is maintained according to budget/plan on an annual basis.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must maintain Current Nevada RE license or be able to obtain designated RE license as required
  • Continuing education diploma/degree in business preferred
  • 5 years’ experience within the real estate industry
  • 3 years’ experience in a professional/project management leadership capacity
  • General business experience including analyzing, creating and maintaining branch office budget Autonomous working environment with fiscal and operating responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue and sales targets
