Berkheimer Tax Innovations is seeking a Client Account Representative in the Central area of Pennsylvania!

The Client Account Representative will enjoy making connections and leading the conversation. They will plan, expand, and oversee business development in counties located in the central area of Pennsylvania. They will be responsible for establishing new client relationships and evolve existing client relationships through ongoing communication and education of valuable services. Attract clients and sell company products and services. Enhance client's revenue opportunities. Serve as an integral part of the client's internal resource team within the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Client Account Representative, you will manage multiple priorities while providing a high level of service to our clients:

• Act in a sales capacity to acquire new contracts. Identify prospective customers, lead the generation and conversion of new clients.
• Attend client meetings to provide explanation of taxes collected, reports generated and issues that may arise. As well as sales presentations to potential and current clientele outlining services rendered.
• Analyze client needs and wants. Relay those needs to client services staff and management. Following up with parties involved to assure desired results have been achieved.
• Provide service to the following counties: Potter, Clinton, Cameron, Jefferson, Clearfield, Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair, Cambria, Indiana, and Armstrong

SCHEDULE LOCATION:

• Start date: ASAP!
• Full-time schedule
  • Monday - Friday. 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Varied schedule to attend meetings and conventions
• Remote once trained, helpful to be in the mid-state area.
• Travel - up to 50%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
• Minimum 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Employee is also required to have and maintain a valid driver's license, a vehicle for use on regular basis and appropriate car insurance as mandated by state statute.
• Confidence and ability to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefit of a service to potential customers
• Strong computer skills

• Willingness to learn a wealth of Pennsylvania tax information
